Brett Holloway made it right!!!! Unfortunately my new F-150 had a problem with the ignition 29 hrs after I picked up the truck. My sales person Brett Holloway answered his cell phone at 9:00 PM to assist me. The next morning he drove me to the dealership, helped arrange the tow truck, and provided me with another car while my truck was in the shop. The shop was able to fix the problem in about 2 hours after the truck was delivered to the dealership. Brett Holloway's service after the sale was excellent!!!!!!! More
