Never like vehicle shopping but this was OK. Cassandra, Phil, and Darrin were great to work with. Cassandra was even willing to come in on her days off !! First "new" vehicle purchased there. The day I went to the dealership the sales team was very friendly and worked really hard to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. In fact, during the day a really bad storm developed and so the dealership booked me a hotel room so that I wasn't driving home in bad conditions. It was evident that they care about their customers as people, not just as sales! More

You hear stories of sales people selling you the most expensive unneeded car because they get the most commission off that sale. They will purposefully talk you into signing the papers for a vehicle you don't want or can't afford. So naturally I was a little worried. I went in determined to raise xxxx and put my foot down- if need be. I have a budget and I WOULD NOT move from that, no matter how much they pushed. Well all my mental preparing went to waste because as I told Mirnal my budget we looks at me says "great I have the perfect car for you". He checked it with Cam, who came by to let me know how much I would be paying bi-weekly (which fit perfectly into my budget) and we took the little car for a test drive. I fell in love! It's perfect! Not only is it a reliable trustworthy car, but it's safe for driving my son around and it's something I can afford, being a single mom. And it's a 2014!!! Next was financing.. Oh boy was I nervous! I have a student loan I am paying off and just recently started building my credit so I was really concerned I wpuldnt get approved. Leif took all my concerns away, the next day he calls me and let me know that I was approved and the payments are doable. All in all my experience at this dealership was unbeatable! I couldn't have asked for better service, they took all my worries away and got me in the best car- without the pushing and persuasion. I will defiantly recommend this dealership and the team to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

Darren Hollinger was super helpful, honest, straight to the point and worked directly for us. He went above and beyond anything we expected. As a returning customer already, I would recommend the service of these two gentleman. Our experience with the Sales Manager however was less than the first two. We arrived in the evening and hoped to leave with the deal that worked for us. When time ran out naturally, the Sales Manager swooped in to try make a quick, signing deal that completely ignored what we came in for initially. Overall a great experience with the exception of the Sales Manager. More
