AJ was very thorough explaining all the options on the 2015 Titanium Focus and Michael explained the reasons why the trade in value was a little less than I wanted. Sherry and I are very excited with the look and feel of the Titanium package and of course we are familiar with the Focus as we were driving a 2012 SE version previously. The banking manager also did a great job of looking after our interests and did not "push" anything on us that we did not require. Thanks Guys, Dave and Sherry Newton More
Shortfall of loan paid on trade-in My wife and i bought a 2016 Ford Explorer at the end of Nov.and traded in our 2 vehicles. The loan on one of the vehicles was not paid out fully and t My wife and i bought a 2016 Ford Explorer at the end of Nov.and traded in our 2 vehicles. The loan on one of the vehicles was not paid out fully and thus the shortfall was taken out of my account. I have been dealing with Leif Gronsdahl and he assured me that this was to be looked after by Capital. Well after a month and a half this matter is still unresolved.Is this the way i am to be treated? More

Not living up to expectations Sales person said the truck would be cleaned except they did not vaccum under the seats missing a pile of dog hair and stains on the seats. We went in with a budget, and had an idea of what we needed for a vehicle for our expanding family. The initial conversation was completed over E-Mail, and Craig was able to provide us with some options. Via E-Mail we chose two vehicles in which Craig had available and sitting outside ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Shortly then after Craig was able to fit the price into our budget and we where off the next day with a new to us vehicle. While Craig was away for a few days we where introduced to some of his team members who took care of us in the finalization of the vehicle sale. Additionally the staff in the shop where friendly and courteous to my wife, myself and son. They have a family friendly environment. More
