The last time I attempted to purchase a new vehicle, at a different dealership, my experience was so bad, not only did I not purchase a vehicle, I dragged my feet for a year and a half on even attempting again. From the moment a put through my internet application, my experience was fantastic. I was contacted within an hour,. My pre-approval was complete and I was car shopping the next day! The sales individuals asked enough questions to get me the vehicle I have wanting for years! Andre was very thorough, going through all the details of the vehicle. I had multiple test drives and was able to take the vehicle home over night to show my husband. The sales manager and finance manager were also exceptional. I was provided with a complete vehicle history, no surprises! There was a small problem with my key fob, it was rectified immediately. I'm even booked in for my first free oil change! The finance manager, Tyler, was exceptional at going through my application, again, no surprises! After my previous experience, I just kept waiting for the shoe to drop, so to speak, and it didn't.
