Since this was my first new vehicle I was going to take my time, shop around, and find the vehicle I want for the best value. I ended up at Capital Dodge, and purchased a New Jeep at the end of March. Brian Badelt was very helpful in finding the right Jeep for me for a great deal and Ryan McMurrer walked my through the financing process to help me drive away in my new Jeep. This is the second vehicle that my family has purchased from Capital Dodge (Other one was a 2009 Patriot that we still drive today), and I'm sure it won't be our last as the service is second to none.... Above & Beyond Always! I have been going to Capital Dodge for years. Ryan always goes above and beyond for all my vehicle service needs. He's friendly, courteous and extremely professional. I can call him at any time to ask a question and he is always helpful. Ryan also keeps me informed about what is happening with my vehicle and he has even SAVED ME MONEY which is almost unheard of with a dealership service department. Ryan Rodney: One of the best Service Managers I have met I am a Senior Academic in Ottawa and have been in Canada (moved from the US) since 1981. I have had more than 10 cars (Nissan, Ford, GM, Saturns, Lexu I am a Senior Academic in Ottawa and have been in Canada (moved from the US) since 1981. I have had more than 10 cars (Nissan, Ford, GM, Saturns, Lexus), and my wife, children and I currently have 5 cars (including some Japanese brands). I have been with Capital Dodge for almost 15 years. Ryan is one of the best service managers I have EVER met. Always kind and polite, and extremely helpful. Very accommodating too. He also is very honest and gives a fair picture before he starts the work. He cares for the customer and the dealer. I had a older Caravan from 2001 to 2010. I may not have bought a newer one from Capital Dodge if it was not for him and the service he guaranteed. Capital Dodge should do their best to keep people like him because I have seen "head-hunters" lure people to "greener meadows". More

Capital Dodge I receive outstanding service from Ryan Rodney I had not been to Capital Dodge for a while. When I arrived Ryan beaconed me to drive into his bay. Once in his bay I was greeted by my name. Mr. R I had not been to Capital Dodge for a while. When I arrived Ryan beaconed me to drive into his bay. Once in his bay I was greeted by my name. Mr. Rodney knew why I had come to Capital Dodge. Aside from my rust inspection he told me about a safety recall on my Dodge Charger. I then went and looked at new trucks - maybe my next vehicle. After a reasonable amount of time, Ryan came to the showroom to tell me the result to my rust proof inspection. I received the good news, the car was in good shape. They did some touch up to the undercarriage. Ryan will keep me informer about the safety recall. I have confidence in my service advisor RYAN RODNEY - He is a valued representative for Capital Dodge. When you buy a car you deal with a sales person for a short period of time. When you have the vehicle you deal with the service advisor for a number of years, Mr Ryan Rodney has made this an enjoyable experience for me and has made efforts to keep my family safe.
