Dog Hair included with Used Vehicle Purchase!!! Is it too much to ask to have your new purchase cleaned and vacuumed? What about finding dog hairs behind the seats, candy wrappers, receipts, a penc Is it too much to ask to have your new purchase cleaned and vacuumed? What about finding dog hairs behind the seats, candy wrappers, receipts, a pencil and even loose change when you pick up your new purchase. Just recently picked up a used 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn on June 30th, 2015. Wife and I were extremely excited to ride home in our new wheels. There was NO 'New Car Smell" in the truck. There was dust and smear marks on the dash. There were areas in the exterior that was not cleaned. All the information from the previous owner was still in the system, like phone numbers, favourite places to eat and all the places that they have travelled. Plus there was a pull to the right that was not corrected. So we are both EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED! Vehicle was returned a week later to Capital Dodge for a morning appointment. A day and a half later and the vehicle was ready for pickup. Still the truck was not properly detailed/cleaned! Dog hairs are still under the seat, dash smears are still there and no new car smell! Plus the truck still pulls to the right. Still DISSAPPOINTED! Greg More

Great service on my ram I had an issue with my ram 1500 the day after I drive it off the lot. I didn't have an appointment, but figured I'd so in to see of they could fix it I had an issue with my ram 1500 the day after I drive it off the lot. I didn't have an appointment, but figured I'd so in to see of they could fix it for me. They were friendly and courteous and also lent me a rental car. My truck was in so for 2 days, but it was fixed at no cost to me and with the rental really no inconvenience either. Service makes a difference when buying a vehicle and they have great service here.
