I have been a long time customer of Budds service department as I owned a 2003 Buick Rendezvous and this is where I went for regular service. When I was in the market for a new vehicle I visited 6 ot department as I owned a 2003 Buick Rendezvous and this is where I went for regular service. When I was in the market for a new vehicle I visited 6 other car dealerships and did my homework. I then went to Budds and met Henry Drodge in the parking lot. i was very up front about what I wanted and asked if he could deliver as I had a lot of promises from other dealerships. He listened to my needs and did not try to talk me into something else. I am a business owner with limited time and Henry appreciated that and did his best to get me in and out quickly. I always had great experiences with the service department and this now extended to the sales department. I will highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Henry. Beverly was so knowledgeable regarding the products and was never in a hurry nor did I ever feel pressure or stress to make a decision. In fact this was the easiest transaction I have ever done! Thank you Beverly! I have purchased two brand new cars in the past and I must say 3rd is a charm! Also need to mention Bounsay Osylaphet after the decision to buy my Encore, Bounsay took care of the financing side of things, he also was so knowledgeable and did advise of warranty products and their value, never did I feel under pressure either. He got back to me right away I never felt that I was in a "line up" even though I could see this dealership was a very busy one. I never felt like I was not important. I was looking to replace my older car and came across a vehicle that I was interested in on Budds' website. I booked my test drive on-line - an appointment time was set up with Henry Drodge. Before coming in to Budds' showroom, I had visited a couple other Chevrolet dealers but I was not satisfied with the sales person and did not feel comfortable. But when I came in Budd's Chevrolet showroom, i felt a warm welcome and Farid was very kind and listening to all our requirements needed in a car. He explained everything in detail and made it easier for me to decide which car is best for me. He listened to my concerns and did his best to find the solution and helped me out. Farid is very friendly and understanding. He did not give any false hopes and did not pressure into buying a car on the spot. He supported us in every way possible.
