Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. We also had dealings with Bounsay Osylaphet again and over 7 years ago, when I bought my Trailbrazer from him. I have worked with many service providers and customer service reps, and I have to say Henry and Rob's professionalism and knowledge in this industry are unsurpassed. They both ensured we understood every aspect of our purchase, answered questions, did not rush us and most importantly made us feel very comfortable. I would also like to say not one employee walked by us without a smile or hello. Purchasing vehicles in the past at other dealerships have not been a positive experience. I must admit we almost did not go in as I had always thought of Budds' as a high end dealer with BMW's and Jaguars. I was pleasantly surprised to see another side of the Budds' family. Chevy Malibu Upgrade I approached Budds Chevrolet to trade in my existing Malibu and I had done some pretty exhaustive research on the 2014 model. I was looking to get the best possible deal and luckily I ran into Farid Bunni. Farid confirmed all of the things I was hoping to get out of the deal and even went out of his way to ensure I qualified for all of the relevant promotions at the time. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from beginning to end. This includes being offered a very decent trade in value for my old Malibu.
