Finally I'm in a Cadillac Three years ago I was waiting fir the new XTS to arrive. I was too impatient and bought my second Audi which I have now traded for my XTS. Farid was very patient with me and we communicated for some time by email while as I was travelling. After viewing the new Audi A6, several Jaguars and the Lexus I went back to the XTS. I also enjoyed working with Rob Powell who arranged the financing. I felt that after discussing all the options together, Rob was really able to help me choose the ones that best suited my needs. On a tour of the facility I was introduced to Shane Maginnis, the Shop Foreman, who answered some technical questions about the vehicle. My only complaint is that I discovered that there was a recall notice on the vehicle as soon as I got it home and logged into my Onstar account. I would have preferred that this was taken care of before I took possession of the truck. More
