Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. Basil was professional and attentive to our needs immediately. He was quick to understand what I was looking for and knew that I was in a precarious situation. He chose not to take advantage of that fact, but listened to my needs and accommodated to my requests with ease. After the initial sale was made, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Rob Powell. We also had dealings with Bounsay Osylaphet again and over 7 years ago, when I bought my Trailbrazer from him. From the warm greeting and handshake of Henry Drodge when we first entered the building to the Congratulations and handshake of Rob Powell. I have worked with many service providers and customer service reps, and I have to say Henry and Rob's professionalism and knowledge in this industry are unsurpassed. They both ensured we understood every aspect of our purchase, answered questions, did not rush us and most importantly made us feel very comfortable. I would also like to say not one employee walked by us without a smile or hello. Purchasing vehicles in the past at other dealerships have not been a positive experience. I must admit we almost did not go in as I had always thought of Budds' as a high end dealer with BMW's and Jaguars. I was pleasantly surprised to see another side of the Budds' family.
