Absolute Pleasure. I responded to an Ad on Autotrader.ca, about a Cadillac ATS I was interested in. I got a reply almost right away. I inquired about the Ad after my afternoon shift... 11:30pm. Beverley Watt, replied first thing the next morning. Even before actual business hours started. She went WAY above and beyond, looking into a few accessories I was interested in. She even contacted GM Engineering for me. WOW.. She laid out everything for me over email ( because of the distance from my home to the dealership ) I live in Courtice, which is easily a 2 hour drive on the best of days. She went above and beyond, compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in my 50 years. My wife and I showed up out of the blue on saturday to see the car. Mr Basil Silas, was the gentleman I spoke with that day, as Beverly was not in that day. AGAIN, he also went above and beyond to help me in every way. The both of them made a GREAT team. The whole staff from the minute I walked in, until the minute I drove my car out the door, were a pleasure to talk to, and, deal with. Pleasant and professional.
