I was a first time car buyer and was set on purchasing a Volkswagen after hearing multiple friends and family members recommend it through their perso I was a first time car buyer and was set on purchasing a Volkswagen after hearing multiple friends and family members recommend it through their personal experiences. I shopped around and went to multiple Volkswagen dealerships to see where I could get the best deal and hear several professional opinions prior to making my purchase. A family friend recommended going to Bramgate VW and although it was a little out of the way (since I live in Oakville) it was well worth it! All of the staff were warm welcoming, they offered me beverages when I walked in and also remembered my name when I came back for a second time! I was able to get a really good deal on my new car, and saved a lot more than I had anticipated after going to the other VW dealers who hadent offered me anything special. The family owned aspect of this location made the world of a difference compared to the 3 other VW's I had been to prior. They went out of their way to cater to my needs and didn't charge me for additional things that other VW dealers had added in my initial quotes. This made my buying experience a lot more enjoyable as they were very honest and even made some professional opinions that I had not heard or considered before (like choosing a diesel since I commute for 1 hour to and from school everyday). I would recommend going to this specific dealer to anyone looking for a Volkswagen, it was definitely worth the extra distance as they went the extra mile for me! I absolutely love my new car and look forward to my oil changes and services at this location in the future. More

I've never owned one, but I knew about John Forth and I knew that I would eventually meet him and test drive a VW. Well, I did, ,and I have to say that his professionalism, his friendliness, his wicked sense of humour and his knowledge of the vehicle sold me on the spot. I didn't bother looking at other manufacturers or vehicles. I knew instantly that I trusted John and that I wanted to buy my new Tiguan. He explained the safety of the vehicle, the number one priority for me. He was on my level, he didn't try and convince me, the vehicle did that itself. What John provided was a great new car experience. When it came time for me to pick up my new Tiguan, I was shocked to learn that John was in hospital. Jiri delivered my vehicle to me, and he was, as John was, professional friendly and very helpful. I truly hope John is okay and can get back to selling VWs. I've had my new VW for less than 1 week, and I absolutely love it. Why did it take me so long to get into one!?! More
