I had driven from Collingwood to test drive a specific car that was advertised. knowing that I had driven over an hour for a test drive I was sure to purchase the vehicle. The staff hustled to get me my car that day and even took care of my old vehicle for trade in. Marco (sales rep) even cleaned my Superman floor mats that have been in every vehicle I've ever owned and put them in the new Jetta. Joanne (finance) took care of all the paper work and organized the legal work quickly to ensure I left with my new ride. The whole team at this dealership are professional and friendly. The process of haggling and being sold more features than you want or can offord is enough to make anyone just pass on the process. This was not the case. From the get-go Chris was kind, funny and, understood what I wanted, could afford and, din't push anything on me. Joanne also was friendly and understanding that I needed to stay in my price range. Both understood that I needed delivery very quick and were very accomodating. It made the whole experience much easier and turned me from dreading going in for service to enjoying the experience and I was actuallu looking forward to seeing them both again as they were very friendly and personable. This was my fourth car I was purchasing so this says a lot. After such great service, I knew I was going to purchase my new vehicle from this location. (Even though I lived in Toronto). Once that decision was made, I was sent to deal with the financial department where I was connected with Sudir. Not only was he very helpful, he was pretty funny and made you feel so at ease about your purchase and your options. Amazed I made a huge mistake about a yr ago, I left VW and bought a Mazda. Worst decision ever. I happened to run into Jiri in a parking lot, not knowing he was a VW sales rep, I asked him about his beautiful Golf. He told me to come visit him at bramgate VW. I did. He remembered me. Remembered what he'd said to me in the parking lot. Already I was impressed. My experience was so up and down bc I was trying to trade the Mazda and your staff did everything in their power, going far above and beyond the call of duty to get me into the car I wanted. They were friendly, professional, approachable, and so eager to help. They made me feel like I mattered. I will NEVER leave VW ever again. And I will ALWAYS recommend bramgate VW.
