We ended up purchasing the car the day after (3 days after we were adamant not to purchase for at least another couple of weeks). The other dealer - Martin Grove can take lessons from this dealership. Absolutely would NOT recommend MG VW for service OR sales as a family member was previously using them as their go-to dealer which made me reluctant in considering VW at all for a purchase due to many bad experiences. Bramgate sets a very high standard and I've been reluctant to move from my comfort zone of having Northwest Lexus be my go-to dealer for over 10 years due to great customer service in the Service department. Lesson Learned: Don't let one bad apple of a dealer (Martin Grove VW) turn you off a brand. More
