Quite the opposite of all the other dealerships I have frequented over the past few weeks. Not only was it difficult for me to walk away from the sale because I could not get a consensus from my entire family but more so to have to say ‘no’ to a kindness salesperson ever. I backed him against a wall by first proposing a competitor vehicle and requesting he showed me a Volkswagen comparison. His first question was ‘what features matters to me most’ He stood up to the challenge by engaging me with the features of the Tiguan. Never for one moment talking down his competitor; that my friend is a winner for me - Chris is going places because it would have been silly to think that two models would be alike.
