We always receive great service, in the sales dept and Service. Our most recent experience was purchasing an SUV to support our family needs and trade in our car. We first made contact with Aaron early December 2016, starting our search he was always quick to respond to my emails answering all my questions. I appreciate this quality he has as it was nice to not be waiting too long for a response. once we met with Aaron in person he was just as friendly in person. We had certain criteria we wanted for this purchase, and Aaron made it his mission to find exactly what we were after, in the end he sourced out a vehicle at another dealership for us and acted quick in getting it for us! we can't thank Aaron enough for all his time and effort. we are very happy with our Jeep Cherokee!! Don't return phone calls or know how to repair Dodge vehicle I'm disgusted with the inability of this dealership to determine the cause of missfires in my V6 Dodge Journey. Their service manager, Rob Picken, seems to have difficulties returning phone or email messages. Although he talks reassuringly, his words don't, in my opinion, match his actions. His latest excuse was that if the computer doesn't indicate a problem, then all they can do is try (guess) various repairs....AT MY EXPENSE....this after a cylinder head was replaced. He couldn't even be bothered to go for a test drive that was supposedly arranged. I have discouraged others from using this dealership or purchasing a Journey. BTW, did you know that the warranty on these cars is 100000 Miles in the USA and 100000 KMS in Canada? Truly pathetic. More
