Nightmare Roof Rack I was looking to order a roof rack for my Jeep as the standard ones don't fit. I went into the service centre looking to buy the part when I was quoted aprox. $150, I asked to look at the part that he was ordering as that seemed very low compared to other sources I had looked at. I told the gentleman, Peter Dann, that the part didn't look right and asked if he wanted to look at my jeep (that was in the parking lot) to see the connection piece I need. He said that he didn't need to so I showed him a picture, he ordered the piece anyways and I went back the following day to pick it up.. to no surprise it didn't fit! He then looked up the actual piece that I needed and wrote down the part number & I told him I'd come back to order once I get a few quotes. I went back the following week to order it was 5:10. The young man, Tyler Dann, in the service centre told me I could not order it then because it was past 5. I told him I understood that it wouldn't be shipped the next day but I wanted to make sure it was ordered. He insisted the website would not allow him to order it but assured me that it would be ordered first thing the next morning so I gave him the piece of paper. I called the next day around noon to inquire if it had been ordered. A young man answered the phone and it was the WORST customer service I have ever received. He told me that the part had not been ordered and I told him that it was fine don't order it as I was going to go elsewhere. He cut me off repeatedly saying what does it matter if it was ordered first thing or in the afternoon if ships at the same time. I attempted to say that that was not the point, I could get it faster elsewhere. He continued insisting the timing didn't matter and ended up hanging up on me.. Overall this mistake could have been avoided if the original man had of went out to my jeep and looked at the jeep.. It's very sad to see that service is not backing up the sales department after vehicles are bought.. customer service is not hard but it makes all the difference. More

Love my new Ram! I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie through this dealership. The salesman explained all the different features and benefits of the vehicle to me and was very helpful in helping me determine which was the right truck for my driving and towing needs. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock at this dealership, so they found one at another dealership and had it brought in for me. The vehicle was delivered as promised although a few days later than I expected. The dealership negotiated the price with me so I was able to get my dream truck within the budget I had to work with. Communication was clear and responses to my questions provided in a timely manner. Very easy and trouble free transaction. More
disorganized service center brought my truck in for a warranty issue with the tape on door frame around windows, left all day with info for them to call when ready, came after bu brought my truck in for a warranty issue with the tape on door frame around windows, left all day with info for them to call when ready, came after business hours to pick -up and truck was in lot so I took it home only to find I needed to return for completion of work but they forgot to call. After second visit work completed for 2 days when I noticed air pockets and wrinkles called back and they will make it right when brought back. In mean time I got a recall notice for air bags so booked the appointment and also mentioned about the tape air pockets and wrinkles that would need to be repaired as well and for them to book the extra time. Came in for the recall waited 1.5 hours then told I'd have to come back another time as they didn't have the tape required. I have to drive .5 hour to get to the Dealership my time is valuable/costs gas each time, so there seems to be a little lack of communication at the service center and definitely not a lot of consideration about making return phone calls More

I I was in the market for a replacement vehicle, and was on my way back to another dealer, but on a whim decided to stop in to Blue Mountain Chrysler. I was introduced to Shari McKilligan, who asked a few questions, and said she thought she had the right vehicle for me. I test-drove it, and it was exactly what I needed. I didn't even need to try another truck -- colour, features, accessories and price were exactly what I wanted. Phil Fisher arranged financing, a great warrantee package and a few perks. In the past, I've always been skeptical of large dealers, yet I've been surprisingly satisfied with their sales & finance team, their service department for regular vehicle maintenance, and even their phone contact to update me on a repair I required (that I had caused) -- it was amazing how quick they were able to get the parts, and do the major work. They did a follow-up retorquing without any appointment -- just drove into their drive-thru styled repair entry, and was on my way in minutes. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I came back the following day for a test drive and Aaron had the vehicle all ready to go. In terms of Financing with Phil, the approval process was very quick, which was great. He is knowledgeable about all financing options and very outgoing and nice!
