I bought a used vehicle here, and I definitely would not recommend this dealership to another person; I got a good deal on my vehicle, however, the entire sales process and post sales experience is not some recommend this dealership to another person; I got a good deal on my vehicle, however, the entire sales process and post sales experience is not something I’d want another person to deal with. Lack of professionalism, lack of attentiveness, and combativeness are just a few things I had to deal with; I’ve never had a sales manager and sales person NOT want to sell me a vehicle or raise their voice at me before and feel less like a valued customer. The service department is the only silver lining here - I’ve gotten some great service from the Quick Lane and any work done on my vehicle was done with integrity. But I’d never buy another vehicle here, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Even after talking to loyalty via email, there’s been no follow up, so that just shows how much they really don’t care. More

If buying a vehicle from the outlet be prepared for a piece of junk, the vehicle was suppose to have a SGI safety, well whoever did the safety was blind, go to pick up vehicle and the passenger mirror t piece of junk, the vehicle was suppose to have a SGI safety, well whoever did the safety was blind, go to pick up vehicle and the passenger mirror the glass is spidered and had been that way, get the vehicle home and the spare tire , jack and wrench are not secured just riding around lose in compartment , look at the tires and back tire has a slice in the sidewall . The exchange program is great but what for another piece that is not safe . Do you self a favour and buy somewhere else . More
