Fast, friendly service. I was impressed that the problem with the vehicle was fixed through knowledge and ingenuity, rather thanwhat many mechanics and dealerships would do which is to tell you “it’s broken you need new parts”. MB Regina fixed the problem without replacing the part.

Analyzed problem over the phone from past experience. Vehicle exhaust froze and would not allow the vehicle to run . Fixed the next day after the vehicle sat inside overnight

Very welcoming, friendly and explained my service requirements clearly. We’re not able to complete my service requirements today but made plans for a future visit.

The service is always great until you get on the dealership owners bad side, wether unintentional or not. Then the petty bs starts. Dirty looks whenever he sees you in the building. Wether your there to have your vehicle serviced or to buy parts. Blacklisting you from certain things for no reason, and general resentment towards you.

My wife and I would like to thank Walter, and everyone else involved in our afternoon, for the fabulous time spent at this beautiful dealership. The warmth and service of all staff was exceptional, and I would recommend it being a stop when looking for a new/used vehicle. It is our first Benz and we couldn't be happier with our purchase, not only because it is a beautiful vehicle, but because of the entire experience. Over and above care and attention to our family (including the sales manager, Andrew, hanging out with our 10 year old for a short while my wife and I test drove). Again, thank you very much and we look forward to continuing the relationship for years to come.
