This is about their “Detail” Department. NEVER again will I use this service. The manager RJ, gives excuses for the poor workmanship and vowed to never go back. I recently purchased a used car and was told i I use this service. The manager RJ, gives excuses for the poor workmanship and vowed to never go back. I recently purchased a used car and was told it would go thru the detailing department and I had reservations and expressed that to the sales person, who I might add IS amazing!! Kudos to Phillip Neil!! Well the detailing department had to do the “detailing” 3 times and STILL could NOT get it right. I was having a dent taken care of and the body shop department did an Amazing job and would highly recommend their workmanship. I am so disgusted with this detailing department and the fact that the manager in charge, RJ, couldn’t even call me himself to apologize for the inconvenience and the poor workmanship. They are totally lacking in customer service but more so it’s a joke that they called it the “detail “department when they don’t seem to know what the word detail means. I was told that it’s a used car, I get that yet THAT has NOTHING to do with getting your car detailed. I will never refer anyone to have any type of detailing at this business. You need the service department, the body shop or sales, you’ll get Fantastic service. More

The worse service I ever got in my life was from these people. I was overcharged last year for a work that was not even done. I went back yesterday for a fall service even when my instincts kept telling me to leave, I stayed and it turned out my feelings were right because , after about 2 hours of waiting, they came back with so many things wrong with the car and asking me to talk to a sales man for a change of car. so I had to go seek a second opinion and it turned out that the oil that was put in my car was so little I had to top it up else where. The work that was claimed to have been done last year, was not even done. Ruined my whole day yesterday with bad service More
