The staff at the quick lane were very professional. However after an entire year of having my Ford Pass and this vehicle, my points are still going to the previous owner. the original salesperson said However after an entire year of having my Ford Pass and this vehicle, my points are still going to the previous owner. the original salesperson said they’d take care of it. Didn’t. The first service technician said they fixed the problem and then yesterday- same issue. Speaking the sales team, the “person” who can fix the problem wasn’t working Saturday. Not my problem. This has been over a year!! Hope the previous owner is enjoying the rewards, because I’m not!! More
