Dealership was responsive to receiving my towed in vehicle and working with me to assess the problems. They were more interested in selling me a new vehicle than doing the repair work. Turns out my oil filter rusted out due to a faulty filter being installed by their sister dealership in town. They had to run two diagnostic tests which I question as a money grab for a faulty oil filter install. They asked after knowing the vehicle had zero oil in it, if I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, when it is clear to see that the side walls of the tires were cracked. Was ignored for 10 minutes while waiting to pay. At minimun one of the 4 staff sitting could say we will be with you shortly or at least hello. The courtesy ride was the best, which made the day. Vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, which was appreciated. More
