I have dealt with Barrie Ford for about 30 years. Obviously I have been very happy with everyone there including my sales person and all the great people in the Service Dept. especially Bri years. Obviously I have been very happy with everyone there including my sales person and all the great people in the Service Dept. especially Brian Mackie and Tammy Snow. However I will not be getting oil changes for our vehicles going forward because of the new process. In order to get an oil change I have to make an appointment and leave the vehicle for an unspecified time. Usually over an hour. As a result someone has to come with me in another vehicle when I drop off and drive me there to pick up. I’m not interested in paying $30 for the “VIP” service. There are many oil change service providers where I can drop in without an appointment and be in and out in about 30 minutes. I’m sure there are many people who feel the same and will no longer be using your oil change service under the present process. It appears you want to get out of the oil change business. I suggest you return to your former method for oil changes by which you did not need and appointment and could wait while the service was performed.
