Painless I recently purchased a vehicle from Budget Auto Sales. The experience was so easy. I was picked up at home and driven to the lot. The financing part w I recently purchased a vehicle from Budget Auto Sales. The experience was so easy. I was picked up at home and driven to the lot. The financing part was simple and painless. My sales agent, Kevin Grewal, was waiting for me when I arrived. I knew which car I was interested in (via website), so we went for a test drive. This car was exactly what I wanted. Kevin showed me the features and answered my questions. He also said if I had any further questions or problems to contact him immediately. Sheldon, the business guy, explained all the loan details. He made sure that the terms were the best for me and I understood everything. This sure isn't a bum's rush type of place. The insurance guy is right on the lot. My old car which was barely driveable was also picked up by them. They also gave me some money for my hunk of junk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. They are not pushy at all. I never felt that I was just a number. These guys really care about their customers. More

They listen and try to help you get the right car to fit all of your needs. Greg Ginter spent a lot of time with us showing us several cars being very patient with our decision making process. The negotiation over price was fair and handled in a very professional manor. Sheldon in the business office also went a very long way to put us at ease. Purchase of Camry 2003 & 2005. This is the 3rd time I purch Kevin Greawal Young through Gentleman He is fairly new but very good the deal with He is not aggressive at all. Business from afar I had a great experience with Budget car sales. Shawn flew me in from Prince Rupert and picked me up from the airport so that I could purchase the car I had a great experience with Budget car sales. Shawn flew me in from Prince Rupert and picked me up from the airport so that I could purchase the car that I had been searching for (for an excellent price). Even after the sale was made and I was on my way back to Rupert for a long 19 hour drive, Shawn checked in regularly to make sure that the drive was going well and even set up a roadside assistance account in case anything were to go wrong. On the drive home I realized that the battery needed to be replaced and the dealership honoured their 30 day warranty by contacting an auto shop on the way and making sure I could have it replaced promptly, as well as covering all of the costs associated. All of the staff that I encountered at Budget seemed to genuinely care and ensured that I had the best experience possible, even the insurance broker on site went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best rate possible.
