From the time we entered the dealership (which has a cool, fun vibe) we were welcomed by every staff member. We were invited to help ourselves to the lounge area and our sales rep (Mark) got the vehicle cool, fun vibe) we were welcomed by every staff member. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way, it was more like just hanging out with Mark and taking some fun vehicles out to try.
