They made purchasing a car a easy! That all changed the moment we walked onto Auto Gallery's lot. We meet with Gilles Laurin and found him to be amazing. He was very professional, listened to our wants/need, did not "push" others cars on us and showed us what we came to look at. He was also quite humorous which made the experience that much better! When it came down to the finances, I must say by far Julie Baryla was the best! She helped calmed my spouses anxiety when it came to signing the papers and she was the only finance person at any of the dealerships we went to that actually came in under our budget for our monthly payments! I would also like to add that Harvey Brennan went out of his way to make some phone calls and find out some additional information about aftermarket parts, which was greatly apprecaited as the answers did impact our purchasing the car we did. Honestly, everyone we encountered there was great, as mentioned in my title...they made puchsing a car easy and fun! I would highly reccommend Auto Gallery to friends, family and strangers! More

Best car buying experience ever We were drawn to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg because they seemed to have the best local prices on some slightly used well equipped Jeep Grand Cherokees. We were drawn to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg because they seemed to have the best local prices on some slightly used well equipped Jeep Grand Cherokees. We would have put up with less than perfect sales and service to get the right vehicle, but were very pleased to discover that the car buying experience at Auto Gallery was equally as good as their prices. Emily and Nathan did everything they could to help us. They were knowledgable and always there for us but not remotely pushy. They worked hard to smooth out an awkward situation when we were looking at the same car as another couple. Instead of trying to play us off of each other to try to get top dollar they seemed genuinely concerned about resolving everything with our interests as a priority. Julie pitched us the extra insurance add-ons when we signed the finance papers but again wasn't pushy at all, was very knowledgable, and made the experience as pleasant as signing away $50,000+ can be :) After our purchase we took our papers to a local MPI agent to transfer our insurance and when they saw our documents were from the Auto Gallery they immediately said the transaction would be easy because the Auto Gallery puts all of the relavent papers together nicely and always knows what they're doing. This was unsolicited confirmation from a 3rd party that we had dealt with the right people. Encountering only positive, genuinely helpful people who seemed to like their workplace leads us to conclude that the Auto Gallery must be owned and managed by good people too becasue when a positive attitude permeates a business our experience is that it usually trickles down from the top. Regardless, the folks we worked with directly were great. Emily will be the first, and hopefully only, person we call the next time we require a new vehicle. More

Gilles gave us sound advice while we were looking for a vehicle and once we had purchased it, he made an appointment for a remote start installation for us! Gilles even phoned and reminded us the day before to remind us of the appointment and to confirm that we knew knew where we were going and what to expect. He even found some accessories that had been misplaced! Gilles Laurin looked after us. Would we recommend him? You bet! In fact, we already have and expect to recommend him again in the future. More

The financial manager, Jaime, made us feel super comfortable. He was very patient and elaborated on parts that we didn't fully understand and didn't pressure us into investing on an option that was more pricey, though it was very intriguing. He respected our decisions. I recommend coming here if you want to purchase a vehicle and you want excellent customer service. Full disclosure! I found this dealership online when I was browsing for a specific car to buy. I've had some really bad experiences with certain car dealership in Win I found this dealership online when I was browsing for a specific car to buy. I've had some really bad experiences with certain car dealership in Winnipeg that pretty much scammed us so I was very cautious at first. When I first contacted Auto Gallery about said car they sent me the CarProof report right away. Then we met with Emily to test drive the car. After the test drive Emily showed us the dealership report on the current status of the car: how new the tires were, the car battery condition, there was a scratch on the side of the car, etc. I really liked that because I didn't want to get a lemon. After meeting with Emily we met with Jaime to discuss the financing. Jaime kept making clear that their policy was full disclosure. They were always very clear and very honest about the process and the car we were trying to get. When all the paperwork was done and we got the car, they had replaced the car battery and they had fixed the scratch on the door! WOW! That tells me a lot about their commitment to their customers and how much they want to make sure that their customers happy with the purchase and that their customers are getting a quality car! I'm really happy I found this place. Looking forward to meeting them again! More
