They took the time to walk me through the numbers so that I had a thorough understanding of the financial commitment that comes with a financed vehicle purchase. I also found them to be prompt and attentive where communication and information exchange was concerned. Never once was I made to feel that I should be privileged to do business with them - that i was there at their convenience - instead I felt that they worked very hard to earn my business. Bravo! Great Service and helpful staff I have been dealing with Auto Gallery for years and have purchased several vehicles from them. I will be in the market for a new vehicle within the ne I have been dealing with Auto Gallery for years and have purchased several vehicles from them. I will be in the market for a new vehicle within the next 6 months and dropped in to see Gilles, our previous sales person, to see what they had available and what the market was like, basically "kicking tires". It has been three years since we last purchased from Gilles but he recognized us as soon as we met. I was impressed that not only did he remember what we had purchased, he also remembered the other vehicles we looked at during our last visit. We explained to Gilles that we were not in the market to purchase right away but wanted to see what the newer models were like to help us narrow down the list of possible vehicles. Gilles listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and then took us around both of their lots to show us what was available, for what price range, and arranged for us to test drive two of the models that we are interested in. All in all, Gilles spent well over two hours with us and never once tried to push a sale on us. I greatly appreciated Gilles' friendly, professional service and I know that, without a doubt, I will be returning to Auto Gallery to make my next purchase. More

We met a very pleasant man named Larry, and I explained that these cars were too expensive for our price range.I had explained that we wanted a Patriot for the past few years but chickened out , thinking it would be out of our price range.He then showed us a beautiful Jeep Patriot that happened to be outside his window! We took the car for a drive and were impressed with the handling.Even though Larry could see we were excited he wanted to make sure both my wife and I were sure if we wanted this exact model.Larry listens to what the customers wants and needs are before purchasing as every customer is different. After we decided to purchase , it was time for the financing.We then met John,another easy going gentleman.My wife's first words to John were " Now for the scary part ". John assured us that there was nothing to be unsure about . He was right ,and was straight forward and honest in explaining the financing very clearly. Great Experience For three months I was checking the prices on Dodge Rams. Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower t For three months I was checking the prices on Dodge Rams. Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower that their competitors. During one visit to the website I found a low priced truck that was almost brand new, and had very low miles. I visited Auto Gallery, and was immediately approached by Andrew FRANCO. He was very laid back, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Throughout my dealings with him I felt that there was no pressure to buy and that he would be willing to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that our experience at auto gallery was great. As I had to finance the vehicle, I had to go through the dealership's finance department. While speaking to a finance manager there was a fair amount of pressure to get the dealership's insurance. however after steadfastly declining the insurance, the rest of the meeting went very well. Overall I was very happy with my experience, and will be recommending it in the future. More

I first phoned in and Steve agreed to meet with me on Sunday afternoon to work with my schedule as I live over an hour from the city. He was not pushy and let me make the decisions I needed to. He was very good with answering any and all of my questions regarding the car between the time we first met and when I bought the car. I could only come in after their hours to pick up my car and he agreed to stay after hours again to work with my schedule so that I could pick it up. Overall it was a great experience working with Auto Gallery and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
