He did not mind the treats (and offered more snacks!) or the toys being brought into his office from the playroom off the main lobby. We did ask about getting a lower price than advertised for the vehicle, although we knew it was a good deal to begin with, so we weren't surprised when the answer was no. However we did get a good deal on our trade-in so we're not complaining. More

This dealership has a relaxed atmosphere and doesn't at all feel like the traditional fast paced pushy environment you would get at a big chain dealership. This meant a lot to me as a woman. I normally cringe at walking into dealerships, but they really made me feel at ease about any questions I had and basically worked around my schedule to arrange so many test drives! In less than a week I had found the perfect SUV! I will definitely be back in the future when it's time for a new one! More
