Non genuine in dealing with the customers I bought a used car and while i was doing the service with them they charged me almost 600 dollars coz it included the tire balance and alignment and I bought a used car and while i was doing the service with them they charged me almost 600 dollars coz it included the tire balance and alignment and after that i tried to call to clarify about the reason that why they sold me a car with no tire balance and alignment and how dangerous it could be when using they brake, they promised that they ll study the case and they ll call me back. no one called me back as i waited for 2 weeks. I called them and they informed me that they forwarded it to Mr Foxford and again no one called me back. I am so unhappy and frustrated from the way how the company managed my concerns and definitely i ll never go back to do service again with you because i felt that no one care about our life as a customers More

Terrible! unfortunately am not one of your happy customers! very annoyed to say that my experience with you so far has been the worst! I leased 2018 Accord on May 22, 2018 The car broke (all systems failed) on June 24, 2019 on my way from Calgary to Edmonton, with just over 2K on it and you refused to take your car back. 2 weeks later, on July 6 again the car broke (all systems failed) with just over 4K on it, again you refused to to replace it andYou claimed that it is a fuel pump problem and I was not convinced but what do i Know! It took you almost a month to get it fixed. On August 2nd 2018 I got the car back after changing the fuel pump, and on the same day, yes the car broke again (all systems failed) and still you refused to replace it and this time the claim was that I RAN OUT OF FUEL, which you know and I know is not the case! I got the car back on August 8, 2018. Then on May 27, 2019 the car broke again (all systems failed) with just over 22k on it, off to the dealership and off course you refused to replace it. The following day you confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the car and it is ready for pick up, i tried my best to convince you that this car will fail again but you insisted that i have to take the car, and guess what happened just on the way home? yes, the car broke again (all systems failed) and this time i was able to video it as it was failing. it has been more than a month now and you still have the car claiming that the parts are backordered ! and still refusing to replace the car! The worst part is that when I told the manager that I will make sure every Honda customer know about this, he said that if i do so, he will not help me with my issue More

Sydney worked the numbers like a pro, put together the financing and was able to get me a lower rate than what the financing provider started at. My sales person is Mike Pelley who is the honest and kindest person I ever Met at any I just Bought a 2008 Honda Civic from Alberta Honda Dealership. My sales person is Mike Pelley who is the honest and kindest person I ever Met at any car dealership. So far, I financed 4 cars from a Hyundai dealership one particular, because I like one sales person and I stay with him. NOW, Mike Pelley from Alberta Honda is my favorite!!! HONEST Man I ever dealt with, kind to my daughter, care about my family, care about my finance situation, even told me how to get some cash back when pay for the car. The Manager is very easy to deal with too. No back and forth, Just come up with right amount after negotiation. Financing person "Ping" is who is very fast transaction after long negotiation with Dealership. Ping is Fast, fact-wise, go straight to the point! No other sales pitch. For all of this, When I go back there to financing NEW Honda Civic LX next year, These people will I see FOR SURE! More
