Gio was great to work with. He was responsive and listened to my preferences and anticipated my needs. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was less than sa He was responsive and listened to my preferences and anticipated my needs. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was less than satisfactory. Tony felt it acceptable to chastise me for my financial decision and even suggested I give him my down payment so he could turn a profit - despite me having already told him this was unacceptable! He was also comfortable sharing financial information about previous customers. Furthermore, he made insulting comments toward Francophones knowing that I am from Montreal. A manager was needed to salvage the whole interaction! More
