He 'listened' to my needs and wants and directed me to exactly what I requested. He did not try to oversell me...which is a real sticking point for me - as I am in sales myself. Once the purchase was complete, he was also very attentive to the details of my new vehicle and ensuring I understood all of the features etc. He was also sure to let me know he is always available to me moving forward, which I greatly appreciate. I have already raved about Mo and Alberta Honda to some friends so hopefully I achieve sending more business Mo's way. In addition, my finance rep Ray was also wonderful and addressed every question I had leaving me feeling completely at ease. He worked very hard on my behalf to get me the financing I needed and I couldn't be happier or more grateful! Overall...just the best experience (pricing a little high, only exception) ... and I will absolutely be back to Honda in the future ... and hopefully to Mo and Ray! More

Quick and easy. My first Honda. Well I must say, going from a big truck that loved stopping at every gas station to this Honda pilot sure was an easy transition once My first Honda. The gas mileage is great for a full SUV. Style and luxury, no complaints here. Made in Canada you say, awesome. Took it on a trip with my four dogs and they loved it. Your first stop for a new Honda! Erick Aragon is great! Alberta Honda was suppose to be my first stop at three Honda dealers in the Edmonton area to get their best OTD price with my trade-in for a new 2014 Alberta Honda was suppose to be my first stop at three Honda dealers in the Edmonton area to get their best OTD price with my trade-in for a new 2014 Odyssey but the trade-in negotiation and OTD price negotiation was so positive that I decided that this is the place to make my purchase. First positive experience was the test drive where I could take the car on my own route instead of a dealer/sales predefined route. Second positive experience was the trade-in value process where I like that the test drove my car and they did not try to get a lower price for my trade-in value by pointing out minor issues and Erick was able to get the price I wanted in one attempt. Third positive experience was the OTD price negotiation process where Erick was able to get the price that I could afford in one attempt whereas I was expecting lots of counter-offers from the manager.. We really liked the 2006 Honda Civic that we have owned for three years however as we all know Alberta tends to have a longer than usual winter, and w We really liked the 2006 Honda Civic that we have owned for three years however as we all know Alberta tends to have a longer than usual winter, and we do quite a bit of city and highway driving and we felt that a four wheel drive vehicle was not a luxury but rather a necessity especially after the 2013/2014 winter. So we looked at the Honda CRV and the Honda Ridgeline. We decided that the Honda Ridegline was the vehicle for us so the decision then became new or used. We could not find many affordably priced used Honda Ridgeline's so at my wife's advice we considered a new Honda Ridgeline. So my wife and daughter got busy phoning various Honda dealerships in south, central and northern Alberta and our daughter found that Alberta Honda was willing to work with us and offered us a very good deal on a 2014 Honda Ridgeline. During the buying process we dealt with Anas, Danny, and Ray and they where very friendly,helpful, and as excited as we where about our purchase. He was very patient with us and really went out of his way to take care of us. After test driving a 2011 CR-V we ended up buying a new 2014. Anas answered all our questions with great knowledge regarding the cars, and in terms of financing a used vs a new car. Rod and Anas both went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted in terms of our new vehicle and we cannot be happier. Service and staff there were all professional, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. More
