Very unreliable and devious. Bought a car from them on Monday evening( February 23). We observed some rust on the hood and a dent on one of the rear door. No other visible rust or damage was seen.During discussions I agreed to pay $500 extra to the agreed price to have them re paint the hood. After paying a deposit, I was asked to wait for a finance manager who will have a little discussion with me ( I was paying cash for the car so I was a bit puzzled about this). I waited for at least 40 minutes before a guy came and introduce himself as finance manger and told me the car will be ready for pick up on Wednesday @4 pm and he will send me an email in the morning with the VIN. No email from him until now. On Wednesday around Mid day, I called the salesman. He told me that the car is not ready and he will update me. He sent the VIN later. Later on Wednesday, I received a call and the called identified himself as a finance manager from Dixie Hyundai. He told me that the car will be ready maybe tomorrow or Friday and that he will call me on Thursday morning to update me ( no call from him until now). A little after mid day on Thursday, I received a call from the salesman and he told me that the car will be ready for pickup in the afternoon. I explained to him that I cannot come but will come on Friday @ about 4pm. On Friday I went and paid the balance via bank draft. We looked at the car and no visible sign of rust or damage. I was pleased with the paint job on the hood. I was asked to wait on finance manager again. This time I waited in excess of an hour. Anyways I took the car and drove home (Kitchener), parked the car and went in my house. On Saturday morning, I went to start the car to go out and to my disbelief and horror I saw four to five distinct and big rust spots on the roof ( where it meets the windscreen). They must have taken chalk or some sort of marker and camouflaged those rust spots and I would guess that the over night rain must have washed it out. I would advise anyone to be extra careful with this company. Also I will be looking at options. More

Dropped my car for oil change at 9am. I was promised to receive a call when the job is done. No body called. Went to pick it up at 5pm and I had to wait 45 minutes to get it out. I could still see the change oil change light on my panel as it was not reset. Now I have to go back to get it reset. More
