I was mislead & got cheated by the service staff. They charged me $232 just to remove the Brush under Trunk which was making it noise by touch the exhaust. I spoke to Service Manager: Jason Zommers but he said he can’t help it but he went to discuss with this staff and he helped me to description to put it on the invoice why they are charging me $232 Also, I got insulted by Service Booking lady named Jordan in front of everyone. I never experienced this kind of treatment to the previous Dealership I used to go in Brampton and Vaughan. I know this review will not make any difference and they will definitely neglect but I just want to put out the experience and humiliation that I had to go through with my wife at the dealership. More

If the previous owner kept the floor mats, would t that be an opportunity for the sales person to sell me several hundreds of dollars in mats? Missed opportunity and we’ll get some elsewhere. One last thing was the body odour of the sales rep. It lingered in the car for whole trip back to Oakville. More
