I recently visited 401 Dixie Hyundai Service Center because my car’s Check Engine light came on. After their inspection, they informed me that there was a misfire in the engine and a part needed to be because my car’s Check Engine light came on. After their inspection, they informed me that there was a misfire in the engine and a part needed to be replaced. Since my warranty is still active, I was told the repair would be covered and that the part would arrive within 2–3 business days. However, it’s now been almost two weeks, and I’ve been told they’re still waiting for approval from Hyundai Canada. When I asked if they could expedite the process, they told me I would need to call Hyundai Canada myself - which doesn’t make sense. 401 Dixie Hyundai and Hyundai Canada are part of the same brand, and customers shouldn’t be the ones managing internal communications between them. This entire experience feels highly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve been avoiding driving my car for two weeks because I don’t want to risk further damage, even though they said it’s safe to drive. I expected much better communication and service from both 401 Dixie Hyundai and Hyundai Canada. More

I had to go to your dealership because my car which was demolished on the 40 one was told there. The service people went out of their way to call my insurance company. Had my fourth oil change on my 2024 venue this past weekend. As has been in the past, the employees are very professional and friendly. I was due for a little bit of extra work as my car has passed the one year mark, but unfortunately, I am just getting back to work after a two month layoff so money was tight. I informed Yekin that I would do the extra work on my car on the next visit. He did not make me feel bad or pressure me into getting it done right away, which I greatly appreciated. I want to commend the service team for being prompt, and keeping me up-to-date as to how my service is progressing. This Dealership values their customers and go out of their way to show it.
