I bought a truck through Nav. He was amazing to deal with. Anything I had questions about, he had answers to, which made it a very smooth process. Extremely accommodating. The truck had a couple scratches on it when I showed up to pick it up, they took it right then and got it fixed and ready by the time I was done signing paperwork.
