We had an excellent customer experience with Honda Valley stream , from sales dept up to service dept , Our car needs to replace window and they act fast order the parts right away , Clara Torres our Valley stream , from sales dept up to service dept , Our car needs to replace window and they act fast order the parts right away , Clara Torres our service advisor is very professional and quick . I would say we are really amazed on the service dept ,this is our 3rd car purchase from Honda of Valley stream , I can actually compare it to a luxury car service the after sale’s customer service is so amazing and that’s for real . The running around at Honda of Valley Stream Where do I start... I took my 2024 CRV Hybrid on Feb 2, 2024, for low tire pressure. On that day, Santos, checked the tires and reset the TPMS. A couple of hour start... I took my 2024 CRV Hybrid on Feb 2, 2024, for low tire pressure. On that day, Santos, checked the tires and reset the TPMS. A couple of hours later, the tire pressure came back on. I called the dealer to let them know that I need to go back to see what is going on since the light came back on. Three weeks passed after trying to get an immediate appointment. Finally, I walked in and told them to check it out on the car on the “air”. Mr. Marcel informs me of my “surprise” … yes, a nail on the tire and it will cost $25 if they have to “plug” it. I have warranty on my tires, it took three (3) hours to fix a nail in a tire and finally got the $25 waived. I tried to call Mr. Rosenthal who was out until Friday, however, I can get in touch with Mr. Willie Mejia. I called Mr. Mejia; he answered the phone, I tried to explain to him the situation, but he stayed quiet, then a dial tone. After a few more attempts of the phone calls, they started to go straight to voicemail. There’s always an issue at Honda of Valley Stream. I stopped going to them when I had my 2013 CRV, now that this is a brand-new car, I decided to give them another opportunity. What a mistake, it just got worse. More

1st time at the dealership where I had an inconvenience with a service advisor regarding a coupon & some misunderstanding from my side regarding maintenance work. I spoke with Mr Willie Mejia who is a true with a service advisor regarding a coupon & some misunderstanding from my side regarding maintenance work. I spoke with Mr Willie Mejia who is a true example of a great leadership he was courteous resolved my issue cleared the misunderstanding regarding maintenance & inserviced the service advisor. Mr. Mejia convinced me to come back to valley stream honda for future honda service needs which I am looking forward to. I also like to mention cashier & the gentleman who received the vehicle upon arrival both were courteous. More
