Waited over about 2 hours for an inspection when I had an appointment and was told I could come in early. Was told my one of my brake systems needed a full redo for over $1,800 with $1,500 worth as recommend appointment and was told I could come in early. Was told my one of my brake systems needed a full redo for over $1,800 with $1,500 worth as recommended service. Between going to a different mechanic and researching online it’s only fair to say you were completely trying to rip me off on prices and service. I had issues with this dealership when I was looking for a car which is why I bought from a different dealership so I don’t know why I thought the service section would be any different. I’ll never return to this dealership. More

Brandon was very polite and very helpful and went out of his way to answer a question I had about my other Honda vehicle. Our basic reason for getting our SUV serviced at Honda of Valley Stream was handle e his way to answer a question I had about my other Honda vehicle. Our basic reason for getting our SUV serviced at Honda of Valley Stream was handle efficiently and in a timely manner. However, it was too bad Honda of Valley Stream did not have a recall part in stock, so we will have to come back to have it installed; but they did order it for us. More

Regarding the service advisor Brandon, He was great while my car was being serviced However after my car was serviced I called him and texted him several times to ask a question about my car and he nev while my car was being serviced However after my car was serviced I called him and texted him several times to ask a question about my car and he never responded. So once Honda has your money they are not interested in your issues any longer. Poor customer support. More
