The service assistant who called to tell me what was wrong with my car, was not knowledgable about my account. He told me I needed a new radiator and that it would cost $1,400 to$1,600. I was stunned- wrong with my car, was not knowledgable about my account. He told me I needed a new radiator and that it would cost $1,400 to$1,600. I was stunned- he had not checked about any warranty or the mileage on my vehicle. I have an extended warranty with a $50 copay on covered parts & labor. I hope there is more training for your staff in this area. More

The Service Department at Shields in Rantoul has improved 100%. When I went to the service department, I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant voice. What a wonderful welcome!!
