Brought car over for service, was met with staff that really didn’t want help their customers. Acted like I was doing them a favor for bringing the car over for service. The service department needed to really didn’t want help their customers. Acted like I was doing them a favor for bringing the car over for service. The service department needed to order a part, and someone else was going to contact me once the part arrived. I was never contacted and had to call in several days later to inquire about status. Turns out that the past had arrived a week earlier but nobody cared to call to let me know. I scheduled the service again and was met by same unprofessional staff. The dealer offers car washes for all services, but I did not get one with the excuse that “customer rejected car wash”. I was never asked for a car wash… Please take your business elsewhere, I found that Acura dealers all around treat customers without courtesy. Honda dealers do a much better job at that. More
