Just define your expectations upfront Make sure you stop these guys in their tracks before you commit to anything. Make sure the car is properly details before delivery. Make sure you understand that the Q-Warranty is pretty much useless as the state any failures that occur from a gasket or seal is their out to not provide warranty claims. Secondly, $30,000 dollars for a Mercedes (I did not haggle over their advertised price) and they could not clean the engine compartment or the storage area between the driver and passenger seats. Did just a rush job while I was waiting in the lobby. Very disappointed by these last two items. Get a full explanation upfront on warranty and what your expectations are for delivery prior to pick up. If not for these two points I would have given them a 5 star rating. More
