Over Pricing On Service Hello All, Avoid going to this dealer for any Service as this Dealer is OverPriced and is not competitive. i have a 2019 Acura MDX and unfortunatel Hello All, Avoid going to this dealer for any Service as this Dealer is OverPriced and is not competitive. i have a 2019 Acura MDX and unfortunately wanted a B16 Service and was told that it would cost B1 - $169.00 for regular oil and an Additional $30.00 for synthetic. Service 6 which is the differential fluid, would cost me $139.00 i checked the price with four other local dealers and here is what got my attention $169.00 for a B1 service Using Synthetic oil and $89.00 for Differential fluild. so i feel this dealer is a RIP off , and not sure how customer go in for service paying so much. if you wish to take your vehicle for service here, check for competitive price before getting in for services. I SHALL NEVER OUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE IN THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Rex Weaver is the epitome of what a Service Director is. he is completely customer focused like no other service director i have eve What can I say. Rex Weaver is the epitome of what a Service Director is. he is completely customer focused like no other service director i have ever dealt with. His philosophy trickles down to all his employees. In all the years that we have been taking our cars to Vinart Acura, for inspections, repairs, etc. I have NEVER had to take my car back because the job was not done correctly the first time. That is rare today. Andy Wright runs a top notch operation and I have recommended to anyone that will listen to me that they should purchase their cars nowhere else but at the Vinart dealerships. Would do it again! I originally submitted an inquiry via the website. Within moments, I was contacted by phone and was able to set up a test drive for later that evenin I originally submitted an inquiry via the website. Within moments, I was contacted by phone and was able to set up a test drive for later that evening. I pulled up to the dealership and was greeted by my friendly and knowledgeable sales rep, Dan Nadeau. Dan was able to answer all questions I had. Vince Ramos in Finance answered all questions regarding my financing. From start to finish, I had an overall pleasant experience. This is my second purchase from your dealership and I have no doubts there will be a third purchase down the road. I recommend your dealership to anyone who asks and will continue to do so. More
