Not gonna lie I was scared going up to any dealership to buy a car. I tell you what though the minute I walked through that building door of KIA, I was greeted and they pronounced my name correctly right of buy a car. Visiting this dealership was one the BEST decisions we could have made in our search for a new car! As soon as we entered we were met by the manager Wes, we explained what we were looking for & he brought could have made in our search for a new car! As soon as we entered we were met by the manager Wes, we explained what we were looking for & he brought us over to Keith, who sat with us talked about our different options, brought us out to see some cars. We chose the Sportage, he took his time & explained all the different features & made us feel comfortable asking many questions, He also brought us to the service area & introduced us to the staff explained everything we needed to know. This is my second vehicle from them. The sales and service department are great. I wish I didn’t have to wait 6-8 weeks for a service appointment. The only gripe I have is that they don’t educate the sales and service staff ahead of time when new technology vehicles come in. I came in with a question on my new vehicle and the service advisor should have been lessoned on the updating process. I don’t blame the dealer I blame Kia for not educating the staff. This could lesson jam ups for the shop techs and make customers a lot happier. Thank you More

I took my 2020 Kia Forte in for service on 2/23/2021 and before my appointment, Ed Lake one of the salesman reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to sit down with him during my service and talk before my appointment, Ed Lake one of the salesman reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to sit down with him during my service and talk about the possibility of trading in my lease early and get me into something newer. I had 20 months left on my lease and Ed Lake and Myrtle Beach Kia made it happen. Not only were they able to pay off my lease to trade it in early but also got me quite a bit of positive equity towards something else. I ended up leaving the same day in a 2021 Kia K5 GT-Line Premium and was extremely happy with my new car and finance payment. Ed Lake was extremely nice, professional, and seems to have a passion towards helping customers through the car buying process. The Finance Manager Chris Poplin was also amazing and took the time to answer every question I had in terms of the financial aspect of my new vehicle and got me a very low APR from the bank. I highly recommend Ed Lake and Myrtle Beach Kia to ANYONE looking to buy a Kia all while receiving amazing customer oriented service. If I could give 100 stars I would!! More

One more thing worth mentioning about my experience with the sales team at KIA of Myrtle Beach is I wanted mud flaps put on and they installed them on the car at no cost to me. Also I asked if they could install rain and wind panels on my new car as I had on my previous car and Kieth and Austin bought them for me. When they came in one of the sales people from behind the desk and took the time to install the wind and rain deflection devices on the new car for me while I waited. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused saying that I was a good customer and it was his pleasure to help out.
