We are a KIA family, from our first KIA, the Sportage in 1997. We moved here July 2021 and needed a new van, so we went to Myrtle Beach KIA and luck having it we met Rich Rizzo. We instantly felt like he w 1997. We moved here July 2021 and needed a new van, so we went to Myrtle Beach KIA and luck having it we met Rich Rizzo. We instantly felt like he was part of our family. Rich couldn't have been nicer. We bought a Sedona and last month we got the Seltos (our 6th KIA). We have brought out Sedona and Forte in for service and it was a pleasure. Coming from New York where they aren't as nice or honest, this was a wonderful experience for us. Everyone made us feel welcome and important from the front office, financing, to service. We really appreciate you all. Thank you for making our car dealership experience an awesome one. We have recommended you with flying colors. We can't say enough. Thank ya'll!! More

This is my second vehicle from them. The sales and service department are great. I wish I didn’t have to wait 6-8 weeks for a service appointment. The only gripe I have is that they don’t educate the sales and service staff ahead of time when new technology vehicles come in. I came in with a question on my new vehicle and the service advisor should have been lessoned on the updating process. I don’t blame the dealer I blame Kia for not educating the staff. This could lesson jam ups for the shop techs and make customers a lot happier. Thank you More
