Make sure you have plenty of time when you visit Myrtle Beach Kia. Once there, you won't want to leave. Keith Gannett accomplished the impossible for us. He did what we thought would never happen. No matter how many times I said I didn't think we could afford a 2024 Seltos EX, loaded with everything including a sun/moon roof, electronic everything, 2.0 L engine. OK, I know I sound like I'm bragging, but I can't even describe this car adequately. As for Keith, you can expect that he will be in constant contact with you, even after the sale is complete. He is always only a phone call away. For anyone who has had to deal with the dreaded F&I manager, have no fears. Kind, compassionate and no pressure. Mike will just want to make sure you have everything you need to complete the sale without pressuring up sales. We did accept two options because they worked for our needs, but I know he would have been just as accommodating if we did not purchase any of the options. Everyone at this dealership is exceptional. Try them. You'll like them. More

When I entered the service department I was greeted very nicely. My name was taken and I was told about how long it would be and was shown to the waiting area. After everything was complete Will came and go nicely. My name was taken and I was told about how long it would be and was shown to the waiting area. I wanted to leave a few comments about the service and employees .Our Kia Sorrento needed the software update . So I pull into the service area and was greeted by 2-3 people . I was told that it would ta employees .Our Kia Sorrento needed the software update . So I pull into the service area and was greeted by 2-3 people . I was told that it would take about an hour or less . So I went through the Parking lot and viewed a few cars . I came in and sure enough my sales person was there ( it’s been almost 4 years ) He stated I know you ! Joe Claudio and I talked about family and my thoughts on a new car . While I was there I was introduced to fellow sales guys .. had a great time . As I was walking to ask questions about my car .. William Thibodeau said can I help you with anything… then that’s when I realized that I came 3 1/2 years ago and bought a car . William is extremely knowledgeable about the Kia line as well as many car companies. —- I leave and go to write a note of thanks and I get a call from Joes sales guy (Keith) . Keith said if I needed anything to call and he would tell Joe my thoughts…. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and felt that I don’t see this anymore. This is a great dealership and feel very comfortable there . Thanks Bill More
