Began working with them to get info on a trade / purchase. Was sent a price online and was told there was additional discount being offered for employee pricing. However they could not be specific on what it was, worked to get numbers but they were not being transparent. Seemed very sketchy. More

Contacted & visited the Dealership regarding Factory ordering a car. Dealership refused to show the the total out the door price. Charging over msrp and charging fake fees and Dealer add ons. This is not a place to do business with as they are in the business to cheat and overcharge customers. More

Waited 2 days to hear back after 1st contact. Listings are deceiving as they don’t have the vehicles that are advertised because they were “just sold today” no matter if it was just listed. Also Listings are deceiving as they don’t have the vehicles that are advertised because they were “just sold today” no matter if it was just listed. Also not a fan of sneaking in a surcharge for non-local buyers because they “think” you can’t get a better deal. Like to collect your personal info so they can keep contacting you about buying a car. Eugene Bush helped me secure the hard to find RAV4 prime that I wanted. I live in North Carolina, so everything was a little more complex this way. We talked a few times and I emailed back and forth many times, and he always responded in a timely manner and answered my questions to the best of his knowledge. When I finally flew to Baltimore to pick up the vehicle he was super friendly and it was a pleasure to buy a car from him and Heritage Toyota. I was worried along the way that things might go wrong at any point since it was an out of town purchase, but it all just went so smooth and I love my new RAV4. Thanks Eugene!! More
