We took Our Son to purchase a CT5, were approved over the phone. When We arrived, He wanted a different vehicle. The salesman Victor was so angry, He verbalized to Me “As hard as I worked on this deal and yo phone. When We arrived, He wanted a different vehicle. The salesman Victor was so angry, He verbalized to Me “As hard as I worked on this deal and you don’t want the car? You need to convince your Son to take this one. Man, I can’t believe you’re gonna do this.” Very rude to us and the other car cost more. We went 5 minutes down the road and purchased elsewhere the same day where We were treated with respect. More
