was perfect. I test drove the car I wanted within 15 minutes and the overall process explanation for purchase was good. My issue came with the timi

My issue came with the timing of the overall transaction and more importantly, the financing portion of the process. In regards to the timing, we arrived 30 minutes after Universal Nissan opened and spent the next five hours finalizing the deal. Of that time, only 30 minutes was needed to find the car, test drive it, and determine that was the one that I wanted. For the financing portion, our rep was rude (to me and the salesman), didn't openly explain much without me asking questions, and was going to give me a higher rate until I asked more questions and showed my disdain for the rate based on my high credit score. Again, the car is great, the salesman was great, but the time it took to complete the process and the financing portion of the process were horrible in my experience.

Delivery dates are estimates of when a vehicle is scheduled to arrive at our dealership. Vehicles come from the factory and are shipped by a 3rd party. This process can occasionally be delayed due to circumstances related to shipping. Although delivery can be delayed, your car is still on the way, it isn't gone and we would never keep your money and leave you without a vehicle.

Your Customer Relations Manager has a horrible attitude, again NO communication, my lease is 3 days away from being up and no car still, don’t give a xxxx about 3 rd party carriers, I was TOLD the car would be in on the 15th. So says what you wants crooks, NEVER EVER again will I do business with you all. I see hundreds of people everyday and I will make it known of how I was treated!!!

With me respect is earned NOT given. She is far from a Manager. Again still overall a horrible experience. If she was so respectful like you claim she is she should have apologized from her nasty attitude. NEVER EVER will I do business again at universal Nissan. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!
