When I begin a relationship with a dealership, I expect people to be as honest as I am. I am always disappointed when I meet people like the sales manager who can’t appreciate honesty nor can he respect m people to be as honest as I am. I am always disappointed when I meet people like the sales manager who can’t appreciate honesty nor can he respect my requests. Honesty? He forgot to charge me for the extras I ordered. But I spoke up because I’m honest. That being said, I also didn’t want it financed in the deal and to pay separate. But was my request honored? No. I had to go through paperwork yet again. As a business owner, listening to my customers is extremely important if I plan to keep them. Maybe in the car business it doesn’t matter. I don’t own a car dealership so I don’t know. But I am disappointed in my experience here. Especially when I drive from 2 states away. Heard enough? I think not. I have problems with the car before I leave the state but when I call, Whitney tells me to take it to the dealership in Georgia when I haven’t even passed your dealership. I understand now. You want me to purchase and that’s where the service ends here? I see clearly and will pass that along. More

Sal and his crew at the service center went above and beyond. I bought a new to me 2021 compass that started having some sensor issues right off the lot. Sometimes these things happen. Everyone’s heard h beyond. I bought a new to me 2021 compass that started having some sensor issues right off the lot. Sometimes these things happen. Everyone’s heard horror stories about haggling with car dealerships, so I was worried I’d have to arm wrestle about getting all the repairs done. With this crew, I had nothing to worry about. They took the car in no questions asked, and worked on it 3 separate times until they got it right. They were super sleuths to figure out the ultimate issue, they hooked me up with 2 different rental cars, and got me rolling in a new to me car that I love and have regrets about buying. It was simple, upfront, and straight forward experience. Great work, excellent customer service. Grateful to Sal and his crew, and will recommend them every time. More

I went here after talking with John Cauble about what I was looking for. The first time I had been here and it was absolutely incredible! When I got there, John Cauble connected me with Tony Reid a sales was looking for. The first time I had been here and it was absolutely incredible! When I got there, John Cauble connected me with Tony Reid a salesman. Tony took me out on the lot to look at several vehicles. Wound up getting the 2nd Chrysler 300 out of the showroom. It was the absolute fastest time in dealing here at this dealership with Tony Reid and John Cauble, then any other dealership I have ever dealt with. When I seen the 2022 Chrysler 300 in the show room I told Tony Reid, this is the one and he immediately got to work on it. Next thing I knew I was signing the paper work with John Cauble and after that the car was sitting outside waiting on me to get in and come home! After the way I was treated during the sale and afterwards I will def. be back for when it is time to get another vehicle! You all were Absolutely Great in every which way and know how to get things done quick and easy then any other dealership I have dealt with, please keep up the great job you all do when one comes through the door! :0) The service department is great as well. The only thing I would say that could be better in the service department is when my vehicle came out it sat there for at least a good 15 to 20 mins before I was notified it was ready. Please make this time a little shorter if it all possible! Thanks! :0) More
