I'm from Florida and found an immaculate Jeep Rubicon listed online. From the first phone call with David Farley, the entire process was smooth. I was always treated well, even being picked up at the a listed online. From the first phone call with David Farley, the entire process was smooth. I was always treated well, even being picked up at the airport by Tony Reid, who completed the sale. The Jeep was ready when I arrived and in just as good of shape as shown online. There were no surprises. Going to a car dealer is one of my least favorite things, but this was a great experience that I have no complaints about. Thank you! More

We arrived to take advantage of the holiday discount and were fortunate to get Tony Reid as our salesperson - we explained our expectations and he immediately showed us two vehicles which fit our needs. He was patient while we compared minor spec differences and color and took us for a test drive to ensure we'd like the RAM's ride - which was shockingly smooth. He encouraged both my wife and I to test drive. He showed us the features of the truck in a clear and concise manner. We decided to purchase, and although we intended to pay cash he did walk us through the dealer finance option - and the finance person did offer a fair rate based on our credit and prevailing interest rates. We weren't going to trade in unless the dealer met our price and they did based on our accurate verbal description of vehicle, condition, and mileage. The purchase itself was done through a new tech desk board and we were handed the appropriate printed pages and a thumb drive with all other docs. We brought in our trade about an hour later and were handed the keys to the new truck within two minutes. Vehicle & price, features, finance options and solution, and trade-in/sale all professional and in a reasonable time frame. Tony even gave us a spin on their bonus wheel and we picked up two years of perishable item coverage - like wipers My only concern was two days later when I realized the truck didn't have standard carpet floor mats (in addition to the optional rubber mats installed in the Laramie) and called the customer relations manager Whitney Evans who informed me that standard mats are deleted with the addition of rubber ones when factory installed but we could purchase carpet mats through Parts Dept if needed for $600 to $800. More

Initial purchase experience was great but went down hill immediately after. Had car not even 48 hours, hadn’t driven it 30 miles and it completely stopped working on me. Wouldn’t start. This happened on a S immediately after. Had car not even 48 hours, hadn’t driven it 30 miles and it completely stopped working on me. Wouldn’t start. This happened on a Sunday called first thing Monday. Had to call repeatedly to get someone to help me. They finally sent a tow truck Tuesday evening to pick up car. Had to ask for a loaner vehicle which was like pulling teeth. No one would communicate with me. They had my “new” car for 2 weeks without communicating a word to me. I would reach out asking for an update and no one would call me back. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that someone else was supposed to call me back. I was told they “didn’t know what was wrong with my car” and they would have to buy it back and put me in a different car. One guy who I spoke to, told me he thought that it was a buy back car without asking any questions - and I had belongings still in that car when it was towed. I had to take off two days of work to handle everything. When I finally was told that they would have to buy back the car and put me in something else, I had to take another day off to handle this. Not one person took responsibility for LACK OF COMMUNICATION or even cared that I was treated terribly. Was never offered any type of compensation for my problems and terrible customer service received. ALSO the finance person was very rude. When I purchased the second vehicle, I was told multiple times how THEY were losing money and they tried not to give me $8k credit for my trade in. Also wanted to say that the Jeep I initially purchased wasn’t their fault that the car stopped working (and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong) as if it was MY fault. Wouldn’t even back their product! I guess that’s why Jeep stands for Just Empty Every Pocket. I will say Nate York did his best to help to a point but I had such a terrible experience over all. Still have yet to be contacted by anyone about my experience, apology or reimbursed for my problems and my time - including having to take off work. I will do anything I can to make sure I DO NOT RECOMMEND LKN Jeep. More
