Charles (Chuck) was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable about the car-buying process. Before arriving, he sent over all of the Grand Cherokees that were the generation I was looking for (WK2) and opened a about the car-buying process. Upon arriving, we took a look at the cars and took a test drive with no high-pressure sales tactics.
