Awful service department management. Had an appointment scheduled for 8 am, work hadn't even started when I came up pick it up at 5pm. Was told I had cracked windshield washer line yet t Had an appointment scheduled for 8 am, work hadn't even started when I came up pick it up at 5pm. Was told I had cracked windshield washer line yet took it elsewhere and it was just plugged. Had ordered tires to be installed and they never ordered them so they weren't even there to install for the appointment. Called Tony the service manager multiple times and never once got a call back to discuss the problems. They have lost my business. More

Poor communication with clients. Did not thoroughly inspect vehicle and want to put a band-aid steering stabilizer on my jeep. Stan provided an estimate for services needs in the car. We agreed on a maximum amount I was willing to spend on maintenance services. . He also agreed to provide me with a list of services he suggested but We agreed on a maximum amount I was willing to spend on maintenance services. . He also agreed to provide me with a list of services he suggested but I chose to not do at this time. When I picked the car up the charges were were almost $200 more than we had agreed upon. Stan came Back and said they would discount the charges to bring the cost closer to what we had agreed upon. I then paid the Cashier only to find out the dealership charged 3% for using a credit card. As no time was this additional fee disclosed. I most likely won’t be back to this dealership for service. I feel totally taken advantage of. Also wasn’t provided with the list of additional services suggested. I had to talk to Stan and wrote them down myself. We own other cars and this information is always provided at every service appointment. More

Communication was terrible service manager name Tony was a Complete jerk about the situation, accuse me of calling him a liar, which I never did. The window was a factory defect and they never offered me a a Complete jerk about the situation, accuse me of calling him a liar, which I never did. The window was a factory defect and they never offered me a rental for transportation. My truck was in their shop for going on three weeks with no estimated time of when they would have a completed. I had to pay for everything out of pocket even though I received a letter stating that water damage may occur in your cab terrible job terrible service terrible shop. More
